Over the many years I have practiced as a Chiropractor, I have witnessed the theory we were taught, about how the body and mind are inextricably linked. Without a healthy brain we can’t make the right choices and changes to ensure we go forward in life being the best version of ourselves that we can possibly be. If we don’t eat the right things, rest at the right time and exercise then our bodies like a car seize up. If this happens at a time of stress, then sometimes, those stress triggers can also trigger physical pain. Wanting to give my patients the best experience and a wholistic approach to their care I expanded my education to include several Solution Focused Therapies, not just by talking but also by providing background data and support, to take action in implementing any changes they need to make. That could be Chiropractic care, talking therapy or nutritional support with my colleague Julie Hodgson. So, there are now 4 branches of care, Chiropractic, Blood testing, Solution Focused Talking therapies and a collaboration encompassing nutrition, mindset and lifestyle here at Greenacres and thus the change of name to Greenacres Health from Greenacres Chiropractic Centre.
