I offer the first meeting at a reduced fee (1hr) for several reasons. Firstly, it is important that you feel comfortable talking with me. I also need to understand a little of why you think I can help you and see if I think I can. It is essential that you feel relaxed in my company for the process to work. At this session I will take a few details from you and write them down. This remains confidential between you and me. I will explain how your brain works, what hypnotherapy is what it is not, what format the sessions will take, what is expected of you and what you can expect from me.
You will also be given an idea of how many sessions you are likely to require. Why not free because it shows a commitment on your part to the process and that you value YOU and your health and wellbeing. It is actually part of the process all be it subtle.
