Being a Teen can be a very vexing and confusing time. Stress, anxiety and depression are all very normal emotion which as teens we don't always handle very well. But it doesn't have to be all CBA (Can't be bothered) and Beef (agro)!

What if? Anticipation of the worst option.

What if, is such a powerful phrase.

How often do we find ourselves saying ‘What if….they don’t like me; I make a mistake; I can’t do it; I’m no good…….? Too often eh? What if you can, you do and you are good enough? How many doors could that open for you?

Our minds are very clever but sometimes they are over protective and prevent us from experiencing new things because it feels it is protecting us. This is when we hear that little inner voice saying ‘what if…?’.In my practice I tell all my clients that there is only one silly question and that is one that is not asked. If you don’t ask, or try, you will never know. 

So why not challenge yourself and ask 'what if I do that thing and it is great?' If you struggle to turn this around, I can help you to change the way you think and perceive things. I can’t do it for you, and only you truly know how best to help yourself, but sometimes we get in our own way, preventing that positive progression. 

This is where hypnotherapy and trance comes in. Trance is nothing to be fearful of, it is a deep form of relaxation that allows your brain time out to make good assessments of the situation and make good decisions. The science is that these new thoughts create new neural pathways in the brain that will allow you in the future to react to situations, you will approach them in a more positive and openminded way, opening up all sorts of possibilities for you and your future.
